“When we checked in dirty rags were left in the room. In the morning there was no hot water to take a shower. When I called front desk the employee told me they are working on it and that management was on the way to the hotel. Fast forward an hour later, still no hot water. So I spoke to the front desk employee to get a partial refund and cancel my next night, she seemed like she was very bothered with that question.”

“The meals were adequate, the pool and hot tub were nice, the rooms were clean, the beds comfortable. The water pressure was terrible, which is my only complaint for the room itself. Overall a great stay!”
