Very dingy, one bedroom had bed bugs and we had to close that room off... couches are outdated and dirty, walls floors all dirty,kitchen filthy we couldn't cook our Thanksgiving dinner in there.house is built like a maze,and really needs some attentionbefore renting out again. luckily the host found us somewhere else to move on Thanksgiving day.. this was a 8 bedroom and only thing available was a 6 bedroom. So i had to foot the bill and buy my other family members someplace else to stay at the last minute so that wasnt cheap...all in all this was a big inconvenience to me and my family and normally i can work with any and i dont leave bad reviews, but this was by far the worst house since we been doing Thanksgiving at the beach for the last 12plus years

Graduation weekend

Overall the place was nice. Elevator came in handy only complaint. I just wish the pool was cleaned so we could have used it. Maybe next time planning another trip next month

Annual Golf Outing

We took over both Units 400A and 400B. It was great being able to have all 16 members of our group in the home (8 in each unit). The house definitely needs some updating and several of the rooms were unable to lock, otherwise everything was great. Walkable to Main St and plenty of parking for our group.

The house was in a great location. The kitchen could be better equipped. One bed only had a mattress and one bed folded when being on it. My son in law went to the lumber yard and fixed it. We were not able to use the pool at all. There were a lot of kids in the house behind us. They took it up all the time and when they left it was a mess. The grill had poison ivy all around it so we had to buy one. The view and location are wonderful. I the house is spacious, it could just use some TLC. Over all, I thought it was quite expensive for what we got.

Disappointing property

This was place was not in good repair. Pool is shared, small and dirty and it is sort of run down. None of the icemakers worked and the layout is odd with the kitchen and living area on the top floor with a ping pong table by the dining room / kitchen area. New flooring was coming up in multiple places on the steps, no ceiling fans in the bedrooms, one shower was leaking and beds were rental level. Not an overall bad property but one that you can tell is rented a lot and takes a good deal of wear and tear.

Not an acceptable property to rent

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the property I rented through VRBO. The condition of the property was deplorable and uninhabitable, forcing us to seek alternative accommodations. Upon our arrival, we discovered a multitude of issues, including, but not limited to Mark Bodily fluids on the bedspread in the master bedroom Unclean shower stall and sinks Thick green mold on the fence and unclean pool area. rusted dryer interior rendering it unusable. Black mold on the cold air return on the 3rd floor. These issues not only made the property unfit for stay, but also Ray serious health concerns and safety concerns. Despite the property management claim of no service after 6 PM, the severity of the issues warned immediate attention. We were not able to stay at this location.

Summer mini Vacation

This was a last minute vacation. This fit perfect for what we needed. Very spacious rooms. Lots of great bathrooms and We loved the hot water while showering, it never went cold. Close to Walmart. The sky bar and a couple minutes walk to the beach. We had a great time. Two thumbs up.
