COMPLIMENTARY STARTER PACK
Enjoy a complimentary starter pack for all of your bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and laundry essentials, including, but not limited to: bed linens, bath towels, toilet paper, paper towels, body wash, shampoo, hand soap, dish soap, trash bags, coffee pods, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Depending upon the amount of travelers and length of stay may require you to purchase additional items.
PARKING:
• Free parking is available within our dedicated driveway. Street parking is STRICTLY prohibited. Your vehicle will be subject to towing at your expense. Parking in our garage is NOT available. Overflow parking is available at the Barefoot Resort Clubhouse.

PROHIBITED VEHICLES:
• Trailers, motorcycles, golf carts, and commercial vehicles are prohibited at this property. Violation can subject the vehicle to being towed at your expense

SHUTTLE SERVICE TO THE BEACH:
• The shuttle service to the beach is only available from May-September. Pickup is at the Yacht Club Villas and drop off is at the Barefoot Cabana. You DO NOT have access to the Beach Cabana.

NORTH TOWER RESORT POOL:
• The North Tower pool hours are 9:00a - 10:00p (EST) and are open May-October. The hot tub is open year round with the same hours. A pass will be inside our home to gain access to this amenity. A lost or stolen pool pass will result in a $350 replacement fee to be charged to the card you have on file with Airbnb.

HOUSE RULE VIOLATIONS:
• If there is evidence to support any of our house rules have been broken, such as smoking in the home, throwing a party, receiving noise complaints from neighbors past quiet hours, or sneaking in a pet, you will be charged with a $500 fine to the card you have on file, and subject to immediate eviction.
