Teens enjoyed the pool table! Short walk across the street to the beach access! Enjoyed this place very much, thank you for having us! ”

“There was one minor issue at check-in, which the owner quickly rectified. The condo is centrally located to everything, which was the perfect location for our month-long stay in the North Myrtle Beach area. The second bedroom was great for setting up an office space so I could work. Would certainly stay here again if we were in the area for an extended stay. ”

“We loved our stay in Myrtle Beach. The destination is fabulous but the most important part is where you stay. Our villa was clean, spacious, well decorated and located perfectly in comparison to the beach. Family friendly, communication was fantastic. We went with a larger group that stayed in the Kingston plantation and needless to say, we were the only ones with such a great, CLEAN place to stay. ”

“This was by far one of the cleanest, cutest condos I’ve ever stayed in. It was perfect for me and my two girls. We rented a golf cart to take back and forth to the beach which made it so easy. We loved riding the golf cart throughout the Kingston plantation as well, getting ice cream at the local ice cream shop in the evenings. The condo is tucked away in such a peaceful area in the plantation. The landscaping is beautiful and I loved listening to the birds chirping as I sat on the back deck in...

“My family and I booked a last minute trip to Myrtle Beach. The 4 bedrooms villa was awesome to allow my 3 adult children each their own space. The beach was only steps away and visible from the balcony. The kitchen was well stocked allowing us to cook and not eat out every meal. The beach towels, chairs and bogie board were a nice addition as well. This is a great villa in a great location. Chris and Lisa were great hosts. ”
