I sent pictures, video, & text messages for 4 or more hours when we arrived & for 3 of the hours there was no response at all. The place smells of sewage, it has black mold all over the Patio & the patio doors that has made its way into the unit around the sliding glass door. More mold in the kitchen sink. Crumbs in the bunk beds when we got there. The walls of the unit are NASTY/EXTREMELY dirty. Stains on the sheets of the bed. Water standing on the kitchen floors,roach motels all under the furniture, the floor between the bathroom & bedroom is broken & you can even feel it sinking down when you walk down the hallway, the TV in the bedroom is fully broken & will not even power on even with unplugging & plugging back in, the spectrum remotes to the bedroom tv is missing we checked everywhere . Once we saw the mold I had to make the call to remove my toddler from this location & stay at a hotel for the night.I called & spoke with VRBO & their management & they were highly upset of the condition of the place & how it is improperly maintained & how it is falsely advertised. I sent them the invoice from purchase, the pictures & video of the property, & they reached out multiple times with no response from BIG FISH MANAGEMENT, as did I. Check them on BBB & you will see 100âs of complaints. They refused to refund! Then to find out they booked another family in the unit on Sun. when our check out was to be Mon. The other fam said place was dirty. Our kids diaper still in trash can
