“I booked a room with a side view. When we got there and seen the room it was disappointing. The room was off of the pool and the side view of the ocean was blocked by a tree. The telephone didn't work either. So I went down to the front desk and complained. The woman at the desk was very nice and said she could get us into a ocean front room for only 20 dollars more a night. I took the deal and I was happy with the upgrade. “Max 2 stars Resort. Need renovation. Need of room cleaning upgrade (every day I had to call for either shampoo, coffepuck, toiletpaper, glases etc) roomclening at 4pm! Hotell feels dirty. Beds are in need of exchange - you fall in to the middle of them. No drinking water included though highly overprised. I'm positiv giving 2 stars. Could be 1,5 star. Near Atlantic Sea and poolarea is the only positive I can write. Dissapointed.”

Turn up the warmers. The other thing i didn't like the air conditioning made noise if it was set at a lower temperature. I will be back and i recommend this hotel! I give it a 10”

“The rooms were very clean and updated. The staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. We liked having a restaurant nearby and somewhere to grab a quick lunch in the lounge. It was my fifteen year old daughter and I and we always felt safe. Wonderful stay! ”
