“Nice location. Older but clean. Breakfast hours from 0600-1000. A nice variety of hot and cold foods with real butter and a microwave for use prn at breakfast. Metal surround under beds that tended to buckle noisely when sitting on the bed. Space in room adequate but limited.”

“I saw bedbugs or ticks in my room, making my stay very uncomfortable. The staff is incredibly nice. The maid cleaned my room and freshened everything after only one night. The building has definitely seen better days. It is probably time to knock it down and start from scratch unfortunately. Especially while you have such great staff to maintain it.”

There was plaster coming off the walls, rolls of dirty carpet just sitting in the lobby, the computer and printer station was completely out of order. The rooms are very basic, not a lot of pillows or bedding and they have a kind of wet/odor smell. When I went to check in, there was no one at the desk for 10 plus minutes. I had to call several numbers before someone came out. They also would not let me change my card on...

“Very dated property. The appearance on the outside is inviting but once inside you realize the age of the property and lack of room and common area maintenance. This is not a result of staff negligence, but rather it appears to be ownerships lack of desire to spend money on repairs and maintenance. The in-room internet was not good at all. “Room had a water leak so the carpet was wet the entire time. Called and they basically said nothing they could do. Shower was AWFUL. Water pressure was so high you couldn’t even stand under it and you couldn’t adjust the shower head any direction so it sprayed only in your face and completely out of the shower so the bathroom floor was soaking wet like it flooded anytime you showered. Front desk staff was friendly but the hostess for the breakfast at Vida was INCREDIBLY rude. There was no food...
