This time we had rude employee named Stephanie and she had a bad attitude and made us wait 20 minutes in the lobby, until I called the hotel and told her we were in the front. She charged us $46 with text for two because she said it was early check in. It was 15 minutes before 3pm. “I think it was terrible that we had to pay for parking in a hotel. Also, the pool was not usable.The day we got there.. Overall, the place was clean.The staff was nice, but the parking was a drag. Costs us twenty dollars for 2 nights”
