The home is 4 minutes from the Marina with takes you to Peanut Island. If you decide to rent a boat ask for Captain Mike a real gem! In 10 minutes you feel like your in the Bahamas. “Nice proximity to beach, family to north and to the south. Nice kitchen and yard for pups. Some furnishings could use some attention as well as the pool table and ping pong table if you plan to use them. Otherwise it was a quiet, safe neighborhood. ”
