“I have been going to Eleuthera for over 20 years. Every home is different and being on a remote island has its challenges for property owners. This home sits on a great beach with plenty of privacy. It was very clean and the check in process was super easy. Some items are worn, but everything works. The bed in the blue bedroom sways and is super soft (the only negative). Awesome view and nice location.”

“This is a fantastic house in a fantastic location on a fantastic natural island. The house sleeps 8 very comfortably and provides every modern convenience. A refreshing pool is two steps from the back balcony door and diving and snorkeling are a mere 10 yards further in your private back yard with stairwell down to the water. “We loved it here. The house was very clean and had everything one would need. I suggest stopping by the house first and then go shopping as they had some items already. Didn’t need the AC because the breeze and the fans were enough. The paddle board was nice to have and we used it several times. Great spot on the island. This was our third time in Eleuthera and our favorite spot. Can’t beat Ten Bay.”

Only a four minute drive from Rainbow Bay Beach and 15 minutes from receivers beach with several good restaurants and grocery stores in the area if you don't want to venture out far. The power went off a couple of times and the house generator came on immediately. That was a great PLUS! My ONLY recommendation would be some upgrades on the small appliances, (no big deal) and dresser’s in the bedrooms, otherwise, it was perfect. We will visit again. “We had a great week at Caribbean Sandcastle! Our party consisted of 4 adults & 3 kids (aged 9, 11, 13). We flew into Governor's Harbor which was just minutes from the house, picked up our rental vehicle, and the property manager kindly allowed us to drop off our luggage on the porch since we couldn't check in early. The proximity of the house to the road was a non-issue for us. There is a small house next door, but we still felt like we had the beach to ourselves. And what a wonderful beach!...

“The cottage was just the right size for the two of us the photos were very accurate. The location was perfect for privacy and the property could not have been any closer to the beautiful beach.
