Guests have access to the entire house, including the pool and spa, patio, and outdoor area. Enjoy the private pool at your leisure, heated for year-round use. The spa is easy to operate, allowing for maximum relaxation during your stay.

We provide self-check-in with a smart lock for your convenience, but we are available by phone or text for any questions or assistance during your stay

A car is recommended to fully explore the area. The house offers parking for up to 4 vehicles, with easy access to major highways. Uber and Lyft services are readily available.

Please note that no parties or events are allowed. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am to respect our neighbors. Pets are not allowed with prior approval.

CHECK-IN: 4 PM
CHECK-OUT: 11 AM
GARBAGE: -Garbage bin is outside by the garage. -On Thursday Monday please have the garbage and recycling bins to the curb.

RESTRICTIONS:
-Booking guests must be at least 23 years old and must accompany the booking party at all times.
-Only registered guests may be on the property, including the backyard. Extra guests will be charged at $50 per person per night.
-QUIET HOURS are between 10 PM and 8 AM to ensure no disturbance to neighbors.
-The garage is intended only for storage of your luggage and things. Parking or driving your vehicle in the garage is prohibited. A $500 penalty will be accessed.
-NO SMOKING on the property (including vape); $550 fine if evidence is found.
-NO PETS - if evidence of pets is found $250 cleaning fee will be applied.
-NO SHOES worn throughout the home.
-NO PARTIES or events; If evidence of a party is found a $550 fee will be assessed.
-NO FIREWORKS.

ADDITIONAL:
-Damages are subject to the cost of repair or replacement.
-Lastly, we ask for the respectable basics: If you open it, close it; If you borrow it, return it; If you turn it on, turn it off; If you break it, fix it; If you use it, take care of it; If you make a mess, clean it up; If you move it, put it back.
