“Such a cozy stay! Definitely recommend!”

“Wifi worked well enough for me to get some work done without interruptions.”

“Great place, great location!”

“Cute, cozy place in walking distance to UChicago. Would stay here again.”

“The rooms were spotless. The apartment was spacious. I enjoyed my stay. ”

“Enjoyed our stay. Thank you”

“Incredible place. Awesome neighborhood. Easy access to the freeways. Great neighborhood with tons of great local dining.”

“Unit was fine. The building smelled awful...lobby and foyer like 25 cans of febreeeze. choking sweet .”

“My wife and I stayed here when we came to town for a concert at the united center. We actually walked to the venue and it was about 45 mins, a lovely walk. It was a very convenient location, lovely apartment, and the host communicated very well. Check in and out was easy. Great neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again.”

“Excellent marketing. You get EXACTLY what is described. Look closely at the photos and make sure that is what will make you comfortable. Location was excellent. The view from the rooftop was great for sunrises or sunsets (some functional furniture would be nice). We stayed there a full 7 days. It was a great place to crash for sleep after an exhausting long day at work. I would suggest taking an HDMI cable unless you are. comfortable entering your streaming passwords into someone else's TV...

“Clean, comfortable bed, plenty of amenities. Steps and entry were a little awkward. Street parking only unless you paid extra for their garage which was a very tight fit for my sedan. Note older building so could hear neighbors but it wasn’t intrusive. Also note 3.6 miles to Wrigley was a 25 minute drive. Overall great place and would stay again.”

“The host responded quickly to my requests. Apartment was clean. Kitchen well stocked with cooking, utensils, spices, etc. He registered my car so I coiud park on the street without any problem. Close to the Blue Line stop to take the "L" into downtown Chicago.”

“This is a great little garden unit studio. We had a bit of a longer stay but it was very comfortable and clean. I would definitely recommend!”

“Ali was great to communicate with. The lower level apartment is spacious and well appointed and was a good value for the price.”

“Drove up to Chicago from St. Louis to catch a concert. Needed a safe spot to park my ride for a couple days and the place was perfect for my daughter and I. She got the upstairs with her own bathroom and I got the downstairs with my own bathroom. All my snoring stayed incapsulated downstairs, lol. We got all over the city with a 5 minute walk from the property to the train station, then 5 minutes on the “L”, then another 5 minute walk to our destination, $5 dollars gets you an all day train...

“This property is perfect! A great stay if you’re looking for a little getaway.”
