“First this place is convenient for being right downtown Sac. There is adequate parking. The bbq was not user friendly. The neighborhood is quiet at night. However, my sister did have to go spend about 150 on cleaning supplies as the floors and countertops (which are wrapped in a plastic wrap with a design) were dirty. The floor in one shower the paint was peeling back. There is no washer as stated..it is a coin op down the street which had no working washing machines and no soap to wash if...

“Great home!”

“This house was adorable and in a great neighborhood. Accessible to everything we wanted to do. There is an awesome cafe Chocolate fish and Marie’s donut shop a short walk. From the house. The only thing I could add just for improvement. There are no mirrors in the bedroom and only one small bathroom, if you are traveling with a teenager make sure to bring a travel mirror. Also we wished there were chairs or even patio set to enjoy the cute backyard. There is nowhere to sit out there so we didn’t...
