“Area around the property has many homeless people, but I suppose is expected in any city’s downtown area. I indicated limited parking as I thought there would be parking available with the rental. I ended up parking in a paid parkade. Not a huge deal, I probably missed the fact that parking wasn’t included.”

“This was a great place to stay for our Edmonton trip. I wish we had more time to enjoy the facilities, but it was a short and busy trip. Steve was very accommodating and easy to deal with. We’d stay here again for our next trip and promise not to bug you to come meet us after check out!”

“Location to WEM was great! 3 minute walk. Condo was louder because of busy streets, but not unbearable. Needed darker curtains in two bedrooms that faced east. It was very bright at night and in the morning. Only one small pot in the kitchen, so don’t expect to make anything bigger than one box of MD. Everything else was excellent. Would stay again.”

“This is a clean and fresh condo in an older building. The room has the basics, but not a lot of extras. One set of towels, two pillows for the bed etc. The big plus side is the location as it's within walking distance of some great restaurants, cafes and clubs. We LOVED La Bosco right around the corner every morning. We'd stay again. It gets the job done.”

“Great place to stay with a large family or group. Lots of bedrooms and living spaces. Only downside in that there is only two bathrooms. Lovely area of town . Worked well for our family.”
