“The apartment was amazing! The rooms were clean and we greatly enjoyed our stay. The AC unit in one of the bedroom wasn’t working properly which is fine, stuff like that happens all the time. She refunded us a small sum which was nice! Overall, we had a great time!”

“This was a beautiful, clean condo in a perfect spot to explore all of Oahu. Being able to walk to the beach at the Ritz Carlton was a huge bonus but we explored beaches all over the island as well. restaurants at the RC were great too but we spend most of our time in the North Shore eating at food trucks in Haleiwa or just down the street by seven brothers bakery. “The property was perfect for our adult family. The condo itself was clean and comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. The beds were comfy. The air conditioning was nice after the warm sunny days. The amenities such as the washer/dryer , outdoor supplies for the beach, stocked kitchen, and extra amenities were a thoughtful touch. The grounds are beautiful and the pools are very nice! Highly recommend for an ideal Oahu getaway!”

“Clean, modern, well equipped—Kaia Villa exceeded all expectations. It was beautiful, had everything we could ever need and more, and was the perfect space for our family trip to the North Shore. Our kids loved all the extras; games, puzzles, pickleball paddles, beach toys etc., and the adults enjoyed the extra toiletries, comfortable bed and beautiful/clean decor!
