“We had a wonderful stay at Brittany’s Princeville rental. Check-in was seamless, the neighborhood was quiet and the home was extremely comfortable. Brittany was so informative, always available and very friendly. Definitely felt the aloha spirit. Would love to stay here again on our next trip to Kauai! Tip: purchase all your essentials while in Lihue since there aren’t many groceries/drug stores on the north side.”

“Amazing home and best location on earth. Was perfect for our family and my sister’s family. The ocean was perfect for teenagers. Not sure it would be as great for younger kids as the calm part of the ocean is a bit of a walk but it was a perfect set of waves for teenagers. The hot tub was also lovely on the day it rained.”

“The setting of this place is awesome - - - the manicured grounds, the ocean front, the wrap around deck - - - it was all special. There were a few glitches though. The pictures and descriptions didn’t reveal the stairs you had to navigate. My wife and I are in our 70’s and challenged by stairs and getting supplies up to the main level was a daunting task. The barbecue grill was so dirty and grimy it was essential unusable and there wasn’t even a propane tank when we arrived. The TV didn’t work...

“The house is wonderful and Tunnels Beach, just a few minutes away, is totally incredible! The house is spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed. The deck is a great place to hang out between trips to the beach, and the AC cooled us down quickly when we got a little too warm. The house felt very private. “The property in Princeville was the most beautiful rental we have ever stayed in. Floor to ceiling windows greeted us as we walked in the front door, staring out at the ocean. Every room had a perfect view, including all 3 bedrooms. The living room, kitchen, dining room all were clean and nice. The garage was filled with bikes, beach chairs, towels, anything you needed. The yoga room was great and peaceful. The master suite upstairs was beautiful. Every morning we awoke to rainbows and whales...

“Spacious and beautifully decorated one bedroom house in Princeville. A great place to relax and recharge. Like most places in Kauai this house does not have Air Conditioning, necessitating leaving windows open to cool the inside. Occasional traffic noise could be a problem if you are noise sensitive, but for us it was just a minor annoyance. The place had everything we needed and we would stay here again if we should return to Kauai.”

“Our stay in Kauai could not have been more amazing. The property was exactly as detailed in the listing, plus more. They had beach chairs, boogie boards, extra coolers. The house was so well stocked. We prefer to cook at home versus eating out 3 meals a day for our vacations, this can be hit or miss when renting a property. This home had everything we needed. Including a blender for our morning protein drinks. Our trip was myself, my husband and our 22 year old daughter. The home was perfect...

“Perfect place for my Mom (91). Sis and myself . We were able to walk to the beach and to town and were just blocks from my daughters and their families. It was clean and beds were comfortable. I would suggest some minor upgrades ( bathroom needs some updating ). A place to sit in the yard would also be a nice addition. Overall, a good stay and would stay again.”

“This house was everything we needed. It slept all my husband and I and our 4 kids perfectly. Everyone had their own bed. The location is unmatched- right across from the cutest path to the beach. We were back and forth a lot (mostly due to the colder/rainy weather in April) and loved how convenient it was. We walked to the Main Street for shopping and food. We loved the older/cabin feel of the house. It’s not new or fancy but for the location you can’t beat it! We made a few meals in the well...

“Our extended family from California, Ireland, Australia and North Carolina converged in Kaui and stayed in this gorgeous home! We couldn't have asked for anything more--ideal location, beautifully furnished, fully equipped kitchen and amenities, and all beach and activity gear (beach chairs and umbrellas, boogie boards, bikes. beach blankets). This house had everything! We would stay at Sue's home again the next time we are in Kaui.”

“We've stayed several times at this property and always enjoy ourselves. It really is the most reasonably priced home -- where you get the ENTIRE home to yourself -- north of Hanalei. in my opinion. The downstairs living area is beautiful and functional. Plenty of supplies are available including a little wagon we used to transport our chairs, umbrellas, a picnic lunch and snorkel gear on the most beautiful 20-iminute walk to Tunnels Beach. We spend the entire day at the beach and then head back...

“The property was very nice. It was just me and I loved sitting on the lanai each morning watching the sun rise. You are right across from the lookout to watch the sunset. The bed was comfy. Only downside is road noise but it knew that going into it. Great place to stay!”
