It is very clean and tastefully decorated with a convenient little kitchen, a very comfy bed and two extra futons that double as couch and chair creating a nice “living room”. It’s one open space but there’s a little screen you can use if you want to create a bit of separate space for a “bedroom”. “The location of the property was great. Unfortunately the weather was cool and misting but that's Rockport in May. Consequently we spent more time inside than we planned. The living room furniture was not comfortable. All kitchen stuff was good and the bed was comfortable as well as quiet. Street parking was fine but this was off season.”

“Very clean property located on the rock port harbor and downtown. Amazing view of the harbor. Enjoyed watching the lobster boats leaving early in the morning. Our host was very gracious and accommodating. Very walkable location with lots to do. Enjoyed our stay very much.”

“This place was fantastic, very cute place, walkable to everywhere in downtown Rockport. There is a lot of stairs but it didn’t bother us! Bed was firm but comfortable. The only thing I would suggest is a shower caddy in the shower for guests who bring their own toiletries.”
