“This was my 4:th stay this year in my "Home away from home". A really nice hotel with all the amendities needed to make the stay the best. Only downside is that this great hotel seems to be so popular so sometimes its hard to book. Actually I try to plan my overseas trips to Boston bassed on Crescent Suites availability.... thats a best rate I suppose.”

“So imagine you’re running the Boston Marathon. You pick up your number at the convention center and head to your accommodation. When you get there, you find that your host, one of these property management companies called Evonify Stays, has never heard of you. Since you made the booking on Hotels.com, Evonify refers you back to them. Now, try getting anything other than an AI bot to communicate with you at Hotel.com. Apparently impossible in this instance at least. My one shout out in this...
