“We rented this house for a family reunion recently. Place is great! Definitely an antique farmhouse and it has that level of charm. The property is beautiful and it fit our needs for a weekend stay. Communicating with the property manager was easy as well. That said we were not impressed with the level of cleanliness upon our arrival, as it was clear that the cleaning crew did not do a thorough job. There's a fenced in little area for the dogs with a doggy door inside and a ramp so they could go as they needed to without needing to hook them up to their leashes or carry them to the fenced in area which was a major plus early in the morning while the grass is dewy and at night to avoid the mosquitoes (because there are plenty of those.) “The location of this property is excellent. The apartment is spacious and in a wonderful location in walking distance to everything in town. There are water views across the street, and that's lovely! Inside the floors are uneven and the layout is unusual. This was fine for us but wouldn't be if I was staying more than a night or two. For instance, the silverware is not in the same room as the kitchen. So preparing and serving a meal would not be as smooth as one might expect. The real issue...
