âThe rooms looked nothing like pictured on the website. The staff didnât help except provide an extra fan when the room was too hot. Apparently they were âfully bookedâ and couldnât relocate us. The parking lot wasnât full.. The window was open upon arrival which also had an active bird nest outside of It. With the window open bugs were all over the room. The remote didnât have a back and couldnât change channels. Honestly after a long day this was just awful to come to . The Manager tried...
