We brought our pup along and she had a blast swimming right off the dock in the crystal clear water. We took the boat out a few times and had fun fishing for smallmouth bass. “This was my wife and I's second year at Travis's camp on Madigan point rd. The cabin was clean and bright the added bonus of the heat pump was very welcome on the hot sticky nights providing us with cool air conditioned comfort. We discovered two fabulous family friendly spots (birch point and Norway point) in and around dark cove that were relatively short kayak paddles from the camp. “Great time ice fishing. We were 5 guys and fit fine at the rental. Kitchen was well equipped for making meals. Access to river during the winter with a side by side we had to go to different entry point but it wasn’t far. Owner was next door so any questions were addressed immediately. Would recommend.”

“The property at Grand Lake Stream was exactly as advertised. It was clean, plenty big enough and the setting simply could not have been better. Even during a cooler than usual late August, we were in the water every day (don’t forget your water shoes, you’ll need them). The kayaks and canoes were great, and the fire pit was the highlight at the end of virtually every day—a mere 20-feet from water’s edge. A wonderful spot, with incredibly responsive hosts”
