“This motel is the epitome of "gets the job done". The price is fair. My room was small but had everything you'd expect from a place of this standard. It was clean upon entering. I appreciate the fact that everything worked, and worked well at that. The shower was hot, A/C ice cold, fridge and freezer got everything cool in no time, bed was comfortable. I didn't even try to turn on the TV but I'm sure it worked.. owners seemed nice. Id stay here for another night again”

“It was a good hotel, not too busy, served its purpose for the weekend, only downside was hot water was sporadic, it was hot, then cold briefly before getting hot, not a big deal, but I do enjoy a steady shower, whether hot or cold without fluctuation, no big deal tho, room was clean, staff was friendly, and it served its purpose for a cheap getaway weekend!”

“Overall, a POSITIVE experience. I only dropped the facility ratings because they are remodeling, so there was furniture outside many rooms. We did not have a dresser in our room. It had NO impact on our stay. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. I told the front desk clerk we WILL BE BACK NEXT YEAR for the Dover NASCAR race. “Excellent place to stay. Water gets hot. Heater actually works. Phones actually work. Tv/internet actually works. Limited parking but overall great. Wholesome couple runs and operates place. Very nice owners. Only issue is i dont think they mop the floors so make sure you wear socks or shoes inside. ! Or house slippers. Even better than some hilton hotels. Affordable as well”

“This property is very close to the airport. The little suites are super beautiful and clean very pretty newly renovated a lot of privacy extremely clean actually the staff were great checking was easy. Parking was easy and very convenient. Definitely will stay here again.”

“Our stay was mostly good. The kitchen was stocked funny and it took us 4 days to find the cutting board that was stored under the kitchen sink. There also weren’t enough utensils for our family of 5. The beds were comfy and the couch in the living room became another bed.
