“Have to give this hotel a C, maybe a C-. After we checked in, we found that Housekeeping had not restocked our room. The bath wash and conditioner were empty and we had to wait for the next day for them to be replenished and the Kleenex box was empty. I was able to get Kleenex from the front desk. The breakfast was good and the pool area cleaned. I didn’t realize this hotel was close to a highway so we heard traffic all the time, the front desk was courteous. “We real enjoyed our stay at the Inn. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. A couple of small quirks such as spotty internet and the bathroom door would not close but other than that we loved everything. Front desk staff was very helpful and the onsite restaurant Krazy Kats was great. My wife visited the Spa and said it was terrific.”

“The receptionist Kathy was very polite and accommodating. The staff was not. I did not appreciate the way their maintenance fellow handled a situation with the rooms assigned. The first room had a bad odor, and the second room TV was not working. My experience was so stressful that I had to find accommodations elsewhere. I will never stay at a Baymont hotel again and will not recommend to any one.”
