We then got up to our room and the bathroom door was completely split in half it would not shut if you shut it too far you would get stuck in there because the top corner would catch and split the door more. Informed the staff about it they said they would send maintenance up the following day we spent the weekend there never saw maintenance once. The breakfast was terrible. “Room was good, size, bed and shower. Pool and gym were good. Breakfast was good but a little expensive. Breakfast staff were attentive. Seating area is functional. Worst thing was the lift. Only one (of two) working and it was either so slow or full of cleaning staff with huge piles of linen on very small trolleys. So I walked up and down fire stairs to my fourth floor room. My room was cleaned once in 4 days which makes me wonder what all those cleaning staff did! The front reception staff need...
