“During our first night we couldn’t get normal television going in order to watch the playoff hockey game. Staff wasn’t able to help. When we got back on our second night there was no parking when we returned to the hotel at 11pm, and staff had us park in a no parking zone as the only alternative for the night. Fortunate our new car wasn’t hit and we didn’t have a ticket…”

“Rooms were very clean, spacious and well stock with fresh towels. Breakfast had to be one of the best I had and I have had many. We had a group of 5 stay there and everyone enjoyed there stay. Very close to shops and dinning. Also not far from Rogers Center where we went to watch a game. If you have a chance don't pass up a stay there. Price $$ is well worth it.”

“It would be helpful when there are large groups of kids staying at this hotel, that staff help to intervene with behaviours etc... There was a group that were shoving seniors in the breakfast areas, and blocking others from getting onto elevators.”
