“This property was a wonderful find for our stay attending an event in Indianapolis. It was located a mile and a half away from the Stadium area and being able to park at the property and easily access where we need to go was a big plus. The house does have some age, but that adds to the charm of the place. Bedrooms and full bath are all conveniently located upstairs and were all comfortable and clean. Kitchen has what you would need to cook any meal at the house and provided laundry machines...

The home is charming and comfortable and that porch ❤️❤️❤️ We had a blast walking around the property, seeing the animals, kids enjoyed the paddle boat, canoe and even jumped off the dock to swim! My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer.”

“Rooms are OK, quite large and nice beds. After five or so years the American build quality starts showing. One need to be aware of what direction the room is facing, if it’s north then the railroad will be keeping the light sleeper awake. Hotel breakfast room currently feeling a bit tired, but depends on what time you get there. They do have some decent art on the walls though. ”
