Spahotell i Northeast Indianapolis

“Very clean and nice hotel. Big comfy beds, large rooms and bathrooms. Had the hanging full size shampoo /conditioner/ body wash pumps in the tub. Good breakfast and decent dinner in the hotel. We missed the free drinks but I’m sure that was nice. Red Robin restaurant right outside the hotel was nice having. Close to the highway and in a central location but we heard no noise from the outside. The hotel has a nice size hot tub. A few things that could be better are the elevators and the pool....

I’ve had the misfortune of having to travel very late at night, and the staff are always very accommodating of my late arrival. “My suite room 218 had no door, which gave me no privacy. This suite shouldn’t be called a suite. The two days I was there the elevator didn’t work. I want a refund. Calling and getting the run around. False advertising for the suite and no elevator You gotta do better and I am a member ”
