“The property was 3 story, 3 bedroom (1king, 1 queen, 2 double), 2 1/2 bath. The property was extremely nice with efficient parking. As stated in the description of the property it is a bit noisy from the on street traffic and local bars. It pretty much doesn't go completely quiet until about 2:30 a.m. (Friday and Saturday was our stay). But there were earplugs provided if need and a small noise machine. “All around solid stay. The property was spacious and fit our group of 8 nicely. Only having one bathroom was less than ideal but we made it work. The best aspect was the location and being in walking distance of so much great dining and retail.”

“Both the property and Justin were five stars! The loft was upscale and clean, with modern decor mixed with a sense of cozy and old school. Justin was unbelievably quick to respond to any questions I had - VRBO is lucky to have him. Churchill Downs is a quick 10 or 15 minute drive and although we didn't win any money at the races we hit the jackpot with this loft! Highly recommend.”
