“The room my family and I stayed in was great. Had a kitchen, 2 spacious bedrooms, 3 beds, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, and a nice living area. However, the couch was not clean. It had stains and smelled funny. I ended up using the sheet from the bed as a couch cover. I am a clean freak so I bring my own things, including a small blanket. I was there for a basketball tournament, so my daughter needed to wash her uniform every day. We were there for 4 days. The laundry, 2 washing machines and 2...

“The room I stayed in - "extra lock" on the door, did not lock all the way. I did not like that the maintenace could not fix it until Monday. In my opinion if housekeeping is available then mainteance should be available as well. That needs to be changed ASAP!!!”
