“We stayed here with my family to celebrate my dad turning 60. It was such a relaxing place, we cooked out, had a fire, played lawn games, went out on the paddle boat, and had a great time. It’s not far from Monson General Store, which was a bonus. The property was exactly what I was looking for, comfortable, clean, and well stocked with everything you could need (plus coffee pods and s’mores stuff - thank you!!). If you would have a hard time climbing up ladder to bedroom they have another property next door with a larger and easier accessible bed. The owners live close and were very helpful. we toured with easier access to a larger bed. ”

“This property was exactly how it was listed. Kitchen was well stocked and there was enough Bath towels and other towels for swimming. My grandchildren had so much fun on the lake with the tubes and Kayaks that we brought along with us. If you want relaxing and fresh air this is the place to go. “The location was beautiful, right on the river and beautiful views. Close to trails for ATV. The Rockwood bar and grill fed us two nights and we enjoyed it! The home was cozy and had the essentials. We enjoyed spending time in the downstairs living room. The house could have had a deeper clean (just lots of cob webs and some bugs around lights) I also wish there was less responsibility on the guests. We had to do laundry and take all of our trash. “We had a great stay here! The house was spotless and was the perfect size for our family of 4. We loved the loft bedroom with the sitting area that looks over the lake - so peaceful to relax. Fishing off the dock was really good and kept everyone entertained. The dock gets great morning sun and in the afternoon the backyard has plenty.
