“I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. While the beds appeared to be made upon arrival, the sheets were clearly not clean—there was visible lipstick smeared on them, which was very concerning. We contacted the front desk and requested fresh sheets. While they did provide new ones, we were simply handed the sheets and had to change the bedding ourselves, which is not what I would expect from a hotel stay. “Overbooked hotel and my room was sold to another guest without any notification. I drove 6 hours to stay at this facility and when I arrived I was told there was no room for me. No phone call nothing. ”
