“I rented a room for 5 nights didn't hv a fridge our a microwave called the front desk said they will put them in the next day by 12 noon,never showed up called them ask what was going on our could we switch rooms said they was fully booked so no fridge and said we could use the microwave in the front lobby worst stay ever mind you our room was on the 3rd floor microwave in the lobby the only thing good is the water pressure everything else needs to be up dated i highly recommend you not stay”

“The staff was friendly but I got to my room, the bed sheets were dirty. The TV didn't work. .”

“Loved our room, bed was comfortable. The front desk lady wasn’t the kindest . No luggage carts to be found as we looked for hours to bring up a heavy luggage. The lady at the bar was the best as she found a cart for us. Swimming pool hand rail was broken as the hot tub rail which is dangerous. Only 3 lounges in the pool area no chairs. Washer and dryers are in a closet, could definitely have another set on another floor.”

“Very nice owners and clean room. No bugs, no roaches. None. The only bad thing is the pet fee. Staying here a week and they charge $30 a day for two cats. That gets expensive! Our room does not at all smell like cats. My wife got a small mop from the store and mops twice a day to keep everything very clean. We believe it is important to leave a room cleaner than when ypu came. A few other things that were undesirable was some homeless guy running back and fourth on the sidewalk next to the motel...

“This is a standard one night stay when passing by, however it is located on a one-way road so you need to do some extra driving in case you coming from wrong side. The room was large and beds was regular on hotels like this. It worked for us on our one night stay in San Antonio. Wifi good, parking free and breakfast included but also sparanious. Same kind at all of these Inn’s. Staff was serviceminded.”

“It was close to a lot of Alamo Heights which has lovely shopping and excellent restaurants. It is affordable and clean and adjacent to my favored parts of the city. Those seeking closeness to the SA most famous attractions might find it remote”

“Hotel is an older property and the rooms and common areas reflect the age. Property/rooms need a remodel. I did like the location and found it easily. Elevators are sketchy and needs some maintenance. Staff and housekeeping were most helpful and very polite. The property is okay and I would stay again if I found a good daily rate.”
