“The property was nice and clean. We were happy with the space and the closeness to the downtown and other restaurants. The room had a slight smell of stale cigarettes but the air conditioning helped with that a bit. Worth the stay.”

“The room looked ok but outside no shade, could not sit out too hot, parking lot in poor shape, looked run down on outside. We didn't stay here because of that, went to Manitoulin Inn & Conference Center, much better ammenities , pool, nice property, same price. I guess we lost out on our money for the room, sad.”

“When my family and me arrived at the hotel it was closed. There was nobody in the reception and no one answering the phone so that we could cancel the reservation. When we contact hotels.com for help with the cancelation (we had a non cancellable reservation) we got no help.
The hotel and surrounding area were shabby and dirty, definitely not a hotel that I would recommend anybody to stay at.”
