“Terri was very attentive, responsive, made accommodations for us, and was available to make a minor repair the same day we reported it.The rental is exactly as expected, had everything we needed. I would say the only area that could use improvement would be the cleaning. The property would seem far more attractive if it had been cleaned more carefully inside and especially outside (the deck, outside furniture, etc.)”
