“So much compliments for this resort and its amazing staff. From the time we arrived, until the tme we left, all our experiences surpassed our expectations!!! I wish I could name all the staff we came in contact with, but time won't allow it. The fisrt staff were the front desk staff, and they were amazing. Anthaniel and his co-worker (sadly I forgot her name) were first contact with your resort, and from there on, the bar was set very high! We knew we had picked a "20 🌟" establishment!...

“We enjoyed every bit of the resort! There were activities all day every day (for adults), the food was good, the staff was very friendly, especially Monica! Some of the restaurants you have to pay additional for like the lobster dinner at Buccaneers, but it was worth more than what we paid! We stayed in the walk out pool room and that was fabulous, plus it gives you 24hr pool time! I would highly suggest Ocean Eden Bay, it was worth every dime! ”

“Everyone was super nice. It was very clean and the staff were constantly working on the grounds to keep everything spotless. Our oceanfront room was the BEST! Super clean with everything we needed! “Ett fantastiskt hotell som erbjöd allt vi kunde önska. Trevlig och positiv personal som var mycket hjälpsam. Rummet med havsutsikt och balkong var rymligt och hade ett stort badrum. Maten var utsökt och det fanns inget som saknades i buffén som varierades stort för varje dag. Stor fin pool och intilliggande strand som båda alltid var rena och fräscha. “The property was built long ago and so it doesnt have all the most modern facilities, but our room was on the 4th floor and it had a wonderful view. The newer property "cornwall" is more modern 😁. But this property had more vibes.”

“We had a very bad experience with the arrogant transfer lady on site. We wanted to be at least 2.5 hours earlier at the airport due to personal reasons. Jody the agent did not care. It was impossible to talk to her in a good manner. We called customer service and they was okey to give us an earlier transfer and booked it, we got confirmation online. When it was time for transfer the next day no one showed up. We had then to take taxi and payed 25 dollar for it”

"A woman at the frontdesk with big red glasses were very unfriendly and rude to us when we wanted help with changing room. She said our issue was unsolvable, but we got help the day after by woman with a great servise attitude. The food were more or less the same everyday. "

"Jättefin resort - flera restauranger och barer. Fina stränder och stort poolområde. Rrevlig personal i restaurangerna och barerna. Bra mat - både i restaurangerna och vid de enklare ställena utomhus. Bra stämning vid poolen med musikquiz, dans m.m. Det som var mindre bra var att det är dyrt att åka till och från flygplatsen samt på utflykt. Utflykt till Montego Bay rekommenderas inte. Upplevdes inte alls genuint och väldigt turistigt. Stanna bara på resorten! Ett minus med resorten, men som säkert gäller på alla ställen på Jamaica är att det är väldigt instängt - det går inte att gå på promenader etc för det är inhägnat (pga säkerhet)."
