“Not what I expected in a small town. This is a well thought-out place with very nicely thought out rooms. We stayed in the Lake room. (no lake view) But it was quiet, the bed was comfortable, nice bathroom with soft towels, with a nice deck over looking the woods. The restaurant has great food. The grounds are beautiful. Highly recommend it.”

“Cabin was clean and cute. Hot water only lasted a couple minutes. Limited supplies - teeny coffee pot, 1 washcloth 2 towels. Unable to reach host in advance of arrival, however he does live onsite.”

“Owner and family was super nice and friendly. Cabin backed up to a stream. So even though it rained off and on during my stay, I could open the back door and enjoy the serenity of the stream. The stream also was nice to listen to as I fell asleep each night! The price was super reasonable as well.”

“The house is country the owner will help with anything you need its so close to skin creek boat launch which connects to stonewall caught alot of perch an large mouth 1 was over 5lbs also 5mins away from stone coal boat launch this property is awsome for the price its un beatable ill be back for sure”
