The pullout couch was good, as long as you sleep with your head at the foot end because the mattress sloped down at the head end.”

“When I first booked this 7 day reservation, I requested a view of the lake/golf course. When we got there, our room was a bottom floor facing the parking lot, that smelled like mildew and room was dated and we had no miniature refrigerator. I immediately called the front desk and said I was not happy with this and they move us to a room that had a better view. They ran out of regular coffee for our room and the rest of our stay, which was 6 more nights, We were only offered decaf coffee. Also,...

“I will start by saying the staff is welcoming and pleasant. That’s really the only positive thing I can note. The property has so much potential. It’s in a great location. However, the halls/rooms are musty with mold visible on the windows and in the bathroom. ”
