Also as I was walking up the stairs into my room a random man across the way told me and I quote “hey man you better lock your door tonight” so we just immediately left and canceled our room… highly disappointed DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM this was a $120 room. And they charge outrageous deposits at arrival On top of that, we walked through a cloud full of smoke that filled the hallways upstairs and I did...

“Great hotel in great location, within walking distance of City Park with the zoo and the Museum of Nature and Science. Good pizza and coffee/smoothi/ açaí bowl shops across the street. Staff was friendly and helpful. I’d stay here again.”

“Queen Ann B&B was wonderful from check-in to check -out. Hannah met us with warm friendly welcome, showed us around. She even made us snickerdoodle cookies! The room was very spacious and quiet...cozy. We opted to walk across the park to a wonderful little Italian restaurant. Breakfast in the morning was delicious and plenty.( yogurt, fruit, cranberry bread slab, scrambled eggs, stuffed pita bread, coffee & orange juice). Check out was simple and painless. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We will be back.”
