“Entry way rather bleak but room was clean and comfortable. Shuttle was convenient although rather a long wait. Appreciated that a shuttle also took us to cruise dock.”

“We stayed at this hotel with my son’s baseball team. All staff were extremely helpful from front desk, to kitchen staff, to cleaning staff. Traveling with 5 kiddos isn’t easy but room was clean, spacious and breakfast was awesome.”

“Staff at front desk was very unhelpful, I had to get my key card reactivated every night. (I was only given 1 card) When checking in they ran the card without telling us anything I only knew the price from booking online,I was never given a receipt. The pool was closed the whole time, but the sign up said closed for a day. I understand they were painting outside but it was still disappointing.”

“Parking is $15 a night!!!”

“At first when I arrived they didn’t have room type that I had originally booked. It was fine for 1 night. Fortunately they were able to get me situated into a new room for remaining nights. That was great. They were apologetic from the start. Darion greeted me when I arrived. He was very kind. The coffee was great. The breakfast was kind of lame. Mostly carbs. Overall it was a good place to stay.”

“Good for the money spent for 2 nights. Breakfast ok, did miss yoghurt though. A bit disappointing that the hotell asked, verbally and in writing, for a 5 star review and to show this to the reception to get a snack as a reward. This means probably that most of the10/10 reviews are “bought” by the hotel.. ”

“We arrived around 5:30 and the room wasn’t ready, which gave us a lot of anxiety because we were going to a concert that we paid a lot of money for. The staff just wasn’t very helpful or apologetic that it wasn’t ready. Also, if you’re trying to get to the airport, be prepared to get an Uber otherwise they will only take you to the train station to get a train to the airport. Other than that everything was good. The rooms were very nice and clean.”

“Excellent stay! The hotel was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and felt fresh and newly renovated. The lighting throughout the rooms and common areas was excellent, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The communal hangout area was a great space to relax and socialize. The staff provided outstanding service and made the entire experience enjoyable from start to finish. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-maintained hotel.”
