The entrance door was dirty, and the air conditioning in the main lobby was not working, making the entire place feel hot and uncomfortable\. “I booked the hotel stating explicitly that we needed a room for 5 people, 2 adults and 3 kids, 14, 17 and 17. When we came to the hotel they charged us $10 extra for a fold out bed, as it was obvious that you can't fit 3 kids in a queen size bed. This was not what we expected. I did not expect this from either Hotels.com nor the hote.”

“Our family spent just one night att Days Inn and it was just fine. The location near the shoppingmall was perfect. A big hug to the fantastic staff that did us the great service and sent us our sons Nintendo-game that he had left in the safe in the room!. They arranged so that the game was sent back to us in Sweden and that was much more than we expected! Many thanks from Ystad!”

“Completely dirty and rooms had no smoke alarm ls. More than one room had the toilet broken. We moved rooms due to mold. Found roaches and had ants all over. Can't have extra linen or bedding”
