“The hotel is nice and in a nice area
But it’s rip off with the breakfast
It’s a breakfast included, but you just get a lousy egg with bread and no coffee
If you want coffee, you have to pay nine dollar for a bad cup of coffee
Precise of the breakfast the hotel is OK”

“The room was good for the price. The breakfast was okay. The room looked good, but there were some faults. Toilet lid was cracked at the attachment and slipped off every time you lifted it. Furniture hinges were pretty off set from rough use. The shower curtain was too short to sit in the tub. Ice machine in the hall was not working. Everything was okay though. The room didn't need to be perfect for my trip, just a king-queen sized bed for two nights while I was at Six Flags. Staff were all...

“The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was great. The 3rd floor smelled old and musty. My sheets had a few tears. There was dust on the ceiling near the ac vent. The shelf that holds the refrigerator has seen better days. The lobby and kitchen are ok, but the rooms need an update asap. They're very dated. Again, the staff is amazing!”

“I arrived about 3:30 and waited almost an hour for the room reserved to be cleaned. A desk person went "to the room" to make sure it was ready. This person returned and told me the room was clean and ready. I went to the room to take my clothes and immediately left to go pick up my wife at the airport. I asked several people at the hotel what the cost of "self park" would be. Nobody could give me an answer, they all said it depends on how often my car leaves the parking lot and how long the car...

“This hotel takes the price for no 1 in extremely poor service. And probably no 2 in poor cleanliness. Had I read the reviews prior I would never have booked. It’s clear that they have had issues with poor customer service, rudeness and a lack of cleanliness.”
