“I chose the location based on its proximity to a family gathering in Mary Mumford area of Richmond. I also knew Carytown, VMA and Windsor Farms were within easy walking distance from the location for our daily explorations on foot. We were so delighted to have lucked into such a lovely space. Definitely will consider it for a future trip.”

“We had an enjoyable stay on the houseboat. The bed was comfortable, and the accommodations had everything we needed. The area is private, we only saw a few people and those we did see gave a friendly hello if they didn't stop to chat with us. For anyone wondering about the movement of the boat, it is very stable.
