“Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel stays I have ever experienced.
The room had a very unpleasant smell, and the guests in the room next to us were extremely loud throughout the entire night. I called the front desk and was told that security would be sent up, but no one ever came and the noise continued all night.
I was staying with my child because we had a dance convention the next morning. We specifically arrived the night before so we could get a good night’s sleep and be...

“All in - great place to stay. Location was perfect t for walking around town. Hotel was clean and more modern amenities. We felt a little mislead though regarding the rooftop bar. I thought we’d have access to it based on how the hotel was sold in Expedia; however, upon arrival we were told that it was exclusively for renters. So, that was a bit disappointing. Otherwise, hotel was great.”

“I have stayed here before but this trip I didn't like all of the new changes. Paying for parking when the room rates are already high is ridiculous. Signing is to go to the pool area and having a band on as well. Can't bring drinks, meaning water.,in the pool area nor music. The hot tub was way too hot. Was not happy about that . The food was bland. My overall stay was not great like in the past. Plus using the gym area needs not have children in that area that plays on the equipment. While I...
