“Locally owned and ran by a friendly couple. The room was clean. It was a bit cold when I first got in but turning up the baseboard heaters helped that. The floor was a bit chilly to walk on. One of the chairs upholstery was dirty. All bedding and linens were clean and cozy. The bathroom was small but clean. Not appropriate if you need a handicap bathroom but worked well for this single traveller. Also had a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, a table and 2 chairs, and a little kitchenette...

“2 night 3 day stay. Pros:The hotel Staff was friendly, rooms clean, breakfast buffet plentiful and well stocked, and the hotels location was close to amenities and transit. Cons: Requested room cleaning be between nights that didn’t happen. $35 a day for parking was a surprise. One elevator not functioning the entire stay creating long waits for the elevator. And being charged $7 for a bottle of water that was never consumed in the room. That charge was noticed two days after checkout on visa...

“Crumbs and dog hair all over carpet. Upstairs tenant was extremely loud the whole entire 48 hrs of my stay. Blew cigarette smoke at us every time we came in the front entrance while he was outside smoking. Not an accurate description or photos, don’t waste your money.”

“As the property is located on Lake Washington I expected a view of the lake No lake view. The dinner menu was odd. Very limited For instance there were several saucy dishes no side dish such as rice to use with the sauce The required app didn’t always give accurate information There were numerous extra fees ”

“This is a gem. Very clean, easy and safe parking, a good t.v. and a bathtub with plenty of hot water. My husband had to stay overnight at the nearby hospital and I was so happy to find K and E Motel, so much so that we came back the next night to stay when he was released. The staff was great too!”

“Great staff, clean rooms, common areas, dining and parking garage. The hot tub and pool were fun for the kids and the breakfast was exceptionally nice! At the recommendation of the front desk, we went up to the 4th floor balcony and were stunned with the beautiful views of Mt Rainer and the Seattle skyline. I will recommend this hotel to others. ”
