âNice, clean place. Excelent front desk service, polite and ready to help and to answer any questions about the area. Secure, free parking. Affordable. â
âWe had a great time at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean, and the bedding was very comfortableâmeeting Marriottâs usual standards. The location is also excellent, with easy access to the SkyTrain, making it simple to get to both the city centre and the airport.â
âThe staff was great and the room was well-appointed, comfortable and clean. The bar was also nice (great old fashioned and snacks). The parking/check in situation is a little confusing, and the neighborhood is a little noisy, but nothing that a little white noise on my phone couldnât fix. I would definitely stay here again! â
âConvenient location for us. I-5 is very close, but there was hardly any noise from freeway. Hotel was clean, quiet and breakfast was good! Undercover parking had plenty of room. We will stay there again.â
âI love this place, the owner deliver warm welcome. The facility inside is new. AC available . Even the location look close street, but I did not hear anything during my stay. The big Asian food market and a lot of Asian restaurant just 15 min walking distance. Great stay with good priceâ

The room is great and had everything I needed (and more - I never even used the stove). It had a fridge, cutlery, microwave, toasters and other kitchen tools that I barely even touched. The TV system was also top notch with a large variety of streaming services and regular TV.
The Ballard area is a far cry from the at-times chaotic downtown Seattle, it is a calm neighbourhood with great restaurants,...
