“The times listed online were wrong for everything. We drove from out of town to come here for fun and we couldn't even use the waterpark till Friday at 4pm. So we went out that morning to somewhere else so our child could swim. Then we came back and couldn't get into our room anymore. I went downstairs and the lady at the front desk said what do you want? I told her she fixed it. I went to biffys because according to online they were supposed to be open. They were not so we had to leave again to...

“I entered the hotel and IMMEDIATELY smelled gas. I asked if that was normal and was told “unfortunately yes”. I entered my room and found hair all over my bathroom that clearly had not been cleaned. I went down to the front desk and was handled by the friendly front desk person and given a new room where I found the same dirty issues. Thankfully the front desk took care of me after, but the hotel definitely needs new cleaning staff.”

“The staff was super curteous however this Hotel was not my cup of tea. It is older, the furniture is very worn and the TV did not work.”

“Clean, but not hot water in shower, just luke warm. Only a foot between bed and bathroom door. There was a refrigerator.”

“Beds were smaller than a queen, tvs didnt work after 2 days of being there so my toddler and infant had nothing to watch, I contacted the front desk. They said maintenance would be there but he never came so we just sat in silence for the rest of our ri.e there. The sheets on the bed had stains we didnt notice until we were getting ready for bed our first night there. One stain look like blood and tbe other stains look like greasy food stains. Be prepared to unexpectedly pay $50 before checking...

“I came in from Texas and it was a long trip. The location was further in than I expected but when I arrived it was nice. The only thing I didn't like about the hotel was the cigarette smell punch that hit me in my face as soon as I walked in. I understand its also a casino but it wasn't pleasant at all. I don't smoke. Everything else was good. My room was clean and did not smell like cigarettes. Bed was comfy, staff was friendly and the Rez restaurant was great. Thank you for a great stay.”
