“The sink drain was draining verrry slow. We were only there a night so we survived. The place was clean and we had no issues other than that. It was fairly close to everything - we went downtown and to zoo. About 15 min to each place. I don't know why people are saying the buffet is great - it's just the normal buffet they always have and was ok. The oatmeal was very dry and not edible but eggs were good.”

“No hot water to take a shower. Offered new room the morning we were checking out so didn't have time. Wash rags had lot of dark stains on them. Requested full or partial refund. Crystal at front desk said he had to talk to manager at 10:00 am and would call me. It has been two days and still no response. ”

“It was in a great location! Breakfast and coffee every morning very convenient. Swimming pool was nice. Free laundry facilities was extra bonus since our stay was 7 days. Definitely recommend🤗”

“We arrived a bit after 9:30pm and waited in line to checkin. The front desk clerk was friendly and calmly handled the long line. The main lobby and dining area looked nice. That is where the positive statements end. When you enter the hallway for available rooms and elevators, you are instantly smacked with the foul odor of weed and animals. There are visible spots on the carpet where an animal had relieved themselves. We have three dogs (50-70lbs) at home and were overwhelmed by how bad it...
