“The room was not clean at all. They hadn’t dusted the furniture on the top & to make it worse inside the drawers haven’t been cleaned out. And the floors were disgusting and sticky & hadn’t been vacuumed in awhile. they never have clean towels available, and they never take out your trash& if you lift up your trash sack in your trashcan, it should be lined with another trashcan liner. Instead, the bottom of the trashcan is horrifying and disgusting. That will make it’ll make your skin crawl....

“When we checked in, the lady didn't tell me anything besides what our room number was. Not the hours of the pool, restaurant info, check out time, where anything was. When we got to our room, it smelled very musty.”

“There was a full refrigerator with a stovetop and microwave. they also provided utensils, dishes (like strainer bowls, measuring cup, and more) along with the added allowance of borrowing games from the front. My party went to watch Netflix on the tv and had waffles, eggs, bacon, yogurt and breakfast drinks though they also had cereal, oatmeal, fruits, different dry goods and more. “Where do I start? I prepaid for 1 week and after my plane was delayed several times and arriving at extended stay I was told I was a no call no show. My reservations was cancelled. I refused to leave, it was 3 am. After waiting for an 1 hour I was told they had a room . The room was filthy, visible dust and dirt in the floor. Very uncomfortable. My week didn’t as expected as I tried to find activity after work until I sleepy enough to withstand the room. There was no refresh or towels or...
