“Check was a little bit of an issue and my husband and I had to come back 3 time to finally get checked in. We had a VIP room, which was just a view of the mountain. No microwave in the room. The Hot tube amenity was a flop as the jets barely came on and the water leave seemed low. There was another hotel that had kitchens and views of the Elk refuge that was cheaper. The grounds of the resort seemed to need some clean up, but maybe it was the season. None of the fire pit were kept up except...

“It is a unique property. Older with dated fixtures and a bit of a dark and less than welcoming feeling. Staff throughout was helpful and responsive. More of a physical issue - look and feel - than problematic concerns. For the outdoorsman, you can't beat it. Beds were fine - room was clean. thanks”

“Read room description better. Don't book a trip to the Tetons in summer time. Cabin tent was nice but the kids hated it. Staff was very friendly and helpful.”

“Such courteous staff. Heated mattresses and a small room heater so we didn't get too cold. I would have liked some eggs and bacon for the price i paid but not something that would keep me from coming back. Overall excellent stay! ”
