“Bra hotell!!!”

“The room was very clean, the bed comfortable, and easy access from the parking to my room, which was on the ground floor near the pool. The desk attendant was very helpful. She asked me if I had a preference, and I asked for a ground-floor room near the parking as I'm a senior citizen and it's not easy for me to lug my stuff around anymore. Lots of food choices in front of the hotel. One minor complaint, put a sign up so it's easy to find the office!”

“The front desk attendant was efficient and helpful…. Quick check in, and when the bed light wouldn’t go on he gave a portable lamp.”

“Rude personell that first promised us a room away from traffic on 1st floor and then changed their mind! Changed back after we complained. When charging for the rooms acted like we were guilty of something. Ever heard of customer service or being curteus? Window in room was loose and did not close properly. Cover for lamp in bathroom feel down during shower.”

“Check-in was a little bit chaotic. A lot of people checking in at the same time when we arrived. They mixed us up with another guest with the same second name, but they fixed it quickly. Overall it was a good stay - 4 nights. Clean rooms and close to a lot of Chinese restaurants and grocery stores just across the street. The breakfast buffet was good. This was a buffet with omelette, bread, fruits, yoghurt, waffle, coffee, tea and juice, not the ordinary continental breakfast you get everywhere...
