“The location was great. The lady at the front desk had a horrible attitude during each interaction I had with her. Room service was late in the day which was inconvenient when returning to the room early in the day. ”

“I’ve stayed at this hotel in other cities before. It’s been a long time since I’ve had such a disappointing experience. Although the hotel looked clean in the photos, that wasn’t the case in reality. The room hadn’t been swept in weeks. There were medications on the floor under the sink in the bathroom. I had a terrible experience and couldn’t sleep because of the poor hygiene.”

Overwhelming smell of cleaning prodicts in the lobby, and boday odors in the room. Rooms were not as pictured, bathroom was dirty and damanged and. fan made alot of noise. ”
