“We were looking to book a shorter week in Fairfield to check out the university. This property allowed a shorter stay, which was extremely convenient for us. The location was a short drive to the university and within walking distance to the beach. The house itself was absolutely gorgeous. “Great spot right near the beautiful village and public beach of Stony Brook (unprocessed, natural sand). The house has been updated nicely. Very light and welcoming. Several options for sleeping arrangements and extra bedding, especially if traveling with kids. Great appliances and kitchen for prepping and eating meals at home rather than spending big bucks 3 times a day (esp when traveling with 4 teens). I dagsläget ett bra och funktionellt hotell.

"Städning är bra. Rent och fräscht. Uppskattar att det finns kylskåp och kaffebrygga samt att det tillhandahålls coffeepods samt källvatten. Hotellet har gamla anor men kommer att byggas inom något år. Skall bli mer boutique hotell. Stora planer så vitt jag försod."

"Some of the staff were very service-oriented. We had an issue with the coffee machine, but they replaced it quickly. The fire alarm also malfunctioned in the morning, but they promptly fixed that too when we requested it. The beds were a bit narrower than we would have preferred, and breakfast is not included. The parking is convenient but costs extra. Stamford is expensive compared to other places, so you get more for your money elsewhere, but it was safe, clean, and overall a good experience."
